Our products are handmade and carefully embroidered and we take time to check the quality of each order. We aim to ship all orders in 1-5 business days. If there any delays with your order, we will notify you by email.

Please note that your order may be subject to customs duty.

Deliveries within Latvia:

Bury Designs office, (Skolas iela 39, Balvi, 4501), in working days (Monday-Friday) 8:30-17:30 - FREE

Standard Latvijas Pasts (Latvia Post): 2-3 business days - €2.99 (Free on orders over €150)

Courier (DPD): 1-2 business days - €6.99 (Free on orders over €170)

 

Deliveries within the EU:

Standard Latvia Post (Latvijas Pasts): 3-5 business days - €5.99 (Free on orders over €150)

DHL Express: 1-2 business days - €35 

Tracking is available for all deliveries within the EU. 

 

All orders are shipped from Latvia.

 

Returns:

As all Bury Designs items are personalised and made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. If you have any questions about product sizes, please consult the size guide listed on the product pages or contact us, we'd be more than happy to help.

Bury Designs products go through multiple quality checks before shipping but mistakes can happen. If the product is faulty or arrives damaged, please email us at contact@burydesigns.shop to initiate a return. We offer returns for faulty products up to 3 months after purchase. We'll take a look at your request and figure out the best way to fix the situation whether it be a repair, replacement or a refund.
